Initially, I was charged an activation fee, which your agent informed me would be removed if I made a call, which I did three weeks ago. I was told it would be removed in the next bill, which is this month's bill, but it was not removed. This month's bill arrived with a late payment fee and an additional $20 charge for a service I don't even know the purpose of.
Your agent informed me that the $20 extra charge for the unsolicited service cannot be removed this month, and I will receive a credit for the next month. This means my bill will be $76. Due to the misinformation from your agents, I requested a receipt or confirmation of this $20 credit, as last month, your agent told me the same about the activation fee, and it wasn't applied. Agent told me to simply trust his word. However, your company records calls, and by reviewing the record and listening to the call, you can verify all this information from the first call to this one. I hope that next month's bill will be accurate.
