My first payment for service was due August 29th.  $344.01. I received a message in the app that said I would have to make a payment because the auto-pay would not kick in until after the due date.  I made the payment and as soon as I Did the auto-pay kicked in and I was charged again.  That was a total of $688.02. This overdrew my account. I am on disability and have a fixed income.  My bank gives a 24 hour grace period with no overdraft fees.  After that they charge $35.00 a day in overdraft fees.  It is now 9 days $315.00 in overdraft fees and counting.  Every I call about the issue a ticket is created to return the money into my account.  Every time I call I am told 3 days max and the money will be back in my account.  We are now at 9 days. Today I called again  and obviously I complained too many times.  My account has a credit of $344.01 but my service has been suspended.

Hello, Rfbboise. First and foremost, my apologies to hear of this experience. Using auto-pay should always make paying your bill an easy process. Help is here as we can absolutely check the account to see what is happening with the billing and the suspension status. I have sent you a  Private Message.
