Services discontinued - unable to speak to a live agent

I have had it. I forgot to set up payment and now services are discontinued. I set up a payment on the app for when I get paid next week. However, still no service. I tried calling off a different line, and still blocked by “minimum payment due”. So, I can’t talk to a person now and see what we can do? I read hear how to try, and still no help. Verizon, I hate to say it, but I feel like you don’t care one bit about customers.

I can certainly understand your frustration, and I want to help you get this sorted out. We know life can get hectic, which is why we send payment reminders and offer payment arrangements, though an arrangement alone does not restore service after a non-payment suspension.
