I was told a shipping label was being sent and I still have not received. I would like to get these tablets returned so please email me the shipping label. I have been jacking with this problem for about 12 days now and you want the devices returned in 30 days. Kind of hard to comply if you don't send the shipping label. Since the devices were deactivated, they cannot be returned to a store, or so I was told. Email me the shipping label now, please.
I have spent more time trying to correct the errors from purchasing phones at Verizon in OP, KS than a customer should have to. If he had provided correct information, this could have been avoided...but he didn't and now I am left trying to clean up his wrongs.
There are service charges for the deactivated devices on my billing. Those need to be removed BEFORE the next bill is due as those are not legitimate charges. PLEASE GET THIS COMPLETED.

Do you still have an active Verizon account (i.e., have not disconnected all Verizon services)? You may be able to print a return label from your My Verizon account. Trying to get a shipping label from Verizon is otherwise some kind of maze...I think it's got to do with CS mostly being overseas, and I'd be willing to bet they can't even access UPS or whatever the preferred shipping company is!
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you for this. I did find it -good thing because sent me a generic letter with no shipping label and told me to call customer service -so essentially looped me back to square 1
