Yana was nothing short of AMAZING! Kind, fun, smart, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and a MAJOR reason why I am going to continue my loyalty with Verizon.
Yana is exactly what differentiates Verizon from other providers like AT&T, T-Mobile, Spectrum, etc. At a certain point, services overlap, but the customer support is a major area of differentiation. In this case, Yana is that differentiation and has single handedly won over a customer for Verizon.
The team should do everything possible to keep Yana aboard and incentivize her, as she is a major asset to the organization.
