I have called and talk to a couple of agents saying that my account would be corrected and my refund was supposed to be on the way. I ordered a new tablet that I ended up cancelling and Verizon received the tablet a week ago and they are still trying to charge me for it when they know it has already been received by their warehouse. No one has fixed and corrected my account to reflect the return to my account. I still haven't gotten my refund to my account yet. All I'm hearing from all the agents is that it will be taken care of and it still hasn't happened. I have been with Verizon over 12 years and I deserve better service instead of broken promises. They are quick to take payments but slow to return them. I'm tired of hearing excuses. Can someone give me info to corporate to get this issue resolved?
