I have an email and up until about a day ago, I had the offer tiles for the Sony PS5 Pulse 3d headset and Sony PS5 controller that I am eligible to redeem as of 8/7/2022 and had until 11/15/2022 to do so. The tiles have now disappeared and when chatting with an agent they said they have no record of this on their end. I do still have the email from when I signed up with proof of this. Is there anyone who can help or who has a similar issue? I’d like to receive these items as they were a big influence on when and why we chose Verizon when we signed up.
