Verizon's new customer service system is simply terrible with the stupid computing system that does not provide a human representative service. 

I tried to find my log in info but the page goes to "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." I deleted cahes and did many other methods but did not work. 

The one-time payment service does not work either. Although I input the correct info, it fails to retrieve my mobile account info. I have spent 2 +hours today with this stupid issue and feel frustrated.
