Everyone at my company headquarters who goes to https://secure.verizon.com/signin is getting this error, suddenly. I don't see any real answer on this forum. The browser doesn't make a difference, nor does Private/Incognito. It is related to the source IP address. If we change the source address that Verizon sees for Internet traffic from our company headquarters, we do not have the problem (using the same computer, same browser, etc). It's like there's a blacklist or something. That Live Chat isn't helpful at all, but the agent said Verizon does not blacklist. I, myself, do not have a Verizon account. I am a tech support person for my company, and was asked to fix the issue. Not sure what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
