I was double charged for my subscription of starz + Netflix. They charged me $76.43 first then I got $81.89 charged. I activated my starz and my Netflix never populated nor I received a text or a link to get the Netflix activated. I paid $158.42 and I don’t even have Netflix so after hours of calls and chats they put two ticket requests to refund my credit card back for the wrong amount of $81.89 that I never agreed on and a ticket to get my Netflix fixed/activated on my account 🤷🏻 now I have to wait and see how long it is going to take to get fix or even if they will actually get it fix and the money refunded.
