For the last few months I have been having problems with my money not getting to where it was needed for my dsl account. Because verizon without my knowledge changed my account since only until a few months ago did they notice I had no land line phone number. And for that reason alone I am still stuck in my current situation. My money not going to the right account but the account that has my landline is getting it. I have recently been sent a letter saying I do not owe money for my bill but I am also seeing on the website that it isn't the case. I know I am going to be told that I need to call but to be honest I have little faith in them solving my problem, especially after being put on a merry go round sent from the e-center to financial to billing to customer service and back to e-center all over again for over an hour yesterday.
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.
Please go to your profile page here on the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
