Still waiting on credit for trade-in 7 months, 4 different Verizon reps have "taken care of it"

I'm still being charged for the new phone after trading in the old phone back in December and paying the difference.  Four different Verizon reps have told me that the charges will be removed and I would be reimbursed for what I already paid.   It's been seven months and still waiting.  Can't believe that Verizon just lies to their customers and hope they give up.   22 years with them!!!!  I'm up to around seven hours of my time dealing with this!!!!
