Stood up twice!!

This is a very long story but it has been a very frustrating ordeal. I placed an order for Verizon Services bundle in September and was scheduled for installation on September 25 from 1-5 pm. The service tech called and left a message saying that he was running late. He came to my house at 4:30 that Friday when I arrived home just as he was about to leave. He said that he could still install my service that day but it would take about 4 hours. He also said he had plans with his wife that night so I said that I would just reschedule. I called Verizon the next day and rescheduled my appointment for September 30 1-5 PM. On Tuesday September 30 I waited for them to come but they never showed up. I called Verizon again. The representative mistakenly scheduled me for October 30 instead. I then rescheduled to Tuesday October 7, 1-5pm. On Tuesday October 7, I left work early and waited for them to come. Again they never came. I called Verizon around 5pm and asked why I never received a call at least warning me that they weren't going to come since I waited for them for 4 hours. They said they had the wrong number, but the least they could've done is send an email or something. The service representative guaranteed me that they gave the tech the correct number this time and he would come the next day October 8 at 6:30 pm. So again I waited for them and again and they never showed up and never called. I have been on the phone with another verizon representative for 50 minutes already trying to resolve this issue

It is extremely frustrating that I have been left waiting at home for hours for a technician to come MULTIPLE times. I would really just like my services installed.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
