Please correct my bill. I don't have your tv or phone services since June!!!
I have called over 5 times to fix this problem.please correct the Bill! Your customer service Is the worst!
Please call me  asap.

1-800-VERIZON there is no other way unless you file a complaint with your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission you can google the proper web site. Call their toll free number they have a way of getting your situation resolved.

verizon is regulated by this agency in most states or even the attorney generals office.
