Submitting Early Termination Fee Bill from Previous Internet Provider

Still Verizon has not fixed it yet (10/05/2024) seriously?  I spent over 2.5 hours online and on the phone today (Saturday) trying to get this resolved.  Finally the last gentleman that i spoke to was able to submit it for me with manager's approval.  I could have thought of many different ways to spend my Saturday morning.  I just think it always happens that way nowadays.  Companies only care about the money coming into their pockets, doesn't care if the customers are inconvenienced.
