Superbly courteous agent named Taylor

On Jan. 4, I was connected to a billing agent who gave her name a Taylor. I had written Verizon on Dec.10 about credit for eight service outages in six weeks but got no response. Taylor painstakingly reviewed the file, calculated the propoer credit and also corrected an astonishing $90 service charge. She was exceptionally patient, courteous and single-handedly restored our faith in Verizon. Compliments and appaluse to her -- and to Verizon for encouraging such superb service.
