Surprise price increase

Hi, I just received ,my May/June bill.   For some reason my Extreme HD TV has increased by $13.00.  I have made no changes to my   service, nor was I advised of an upcoming price increase.   Anyone else experience this.   I am in suburban Philly.   Previous month bill was $83.99.   This month it went up to $96.99.   Seriously considering dumping Verizon and gong with a streaming service, or switching to the evil Comcast.
