Why did I get an e-mail asking to take a survey on Verizon’s awful apps and then when I answer it for a $5 Amazon gift card, all of a sudden they are no longer accepting answers?
it’s just another example of how poorly Verizon works - the company and it’s technology.
And as much as I wish it was a fake e-mail, it wasn’t. All of the links checked out and none of the information was personal.
I’m so glad I have Comcast now - their app actually works and when they offer $100 gift cards for new service, their website actually works and lets you claim them.
That seems to be the underlying theme with anything Verizon touches - it barely works and there’s really very little support to turn to for help.
How about you fix your services first and then start offering new services. Perfect what you already sell before going into new areas - I couldn’t transfer my services when I moved a few months ago and it was literally a few miles down the street. How is that possible?
