Suspended service in crisis

I have never needed more help in my life. I lost my job and now my son is in hospital. My service was disconnected even after payment arrangement made. I can’t call financial department and been begging for any help through text and customer service. They are unable to help me. Recommend financial service but I can’t use phone to call. Someone please help me
