Good evening. I made my payment to restore service over five hours ago and I still don't have service. When will my service be restored?

Same. I’m not on auto payments so I usually get texts reminding to pay every month. I didn’t get a text this time and woke up to my phone and internet off which I paid immediately. Its been about 12 hours with no service or internet.

This depends somewhat on if you are prepaid or postpaid. If you are postpaid and your service was disconnected for nonpayment, the full outstanding balance must be paid plus a $20/line reconnection fee before service comes back on. For prepaid customers, if your service was shut off because you didn't renew your monthly plan in time, you will have to get a new prepaid account because the old one will automatically cancel and close if you were late on renewing.
