TV Test Drive recommendation won’t load

I got an email saying my Test Drive recommendation was ready, but when I click the link, it goes to a “service unavailable” error message on a blank page. So, I tried accessing this through the website. I click to view my recommendation, then I need to click “Continue,” and then finally it loads a page showing how many days I have left and my watched channels,, but the loading wheel in the middle of the screen never goes away. I have tried on my phone and two laptops (including various browsers and incognito mode), but this happens on everything. 

I called yesterday and all the person was able to do was offer to change my TV package - nothing to do with TV test drive or the recommendations it theoretically offers, and my monthly bill would go up significantly, even with downgrading my TV package. I got incredibly frustrated. 

She did say that there was a problem on their website that should he resolved, but it’s still giving me this error and, upon searching here and Reddit, I see that this is a very, very, very common problem. Please help. Thanks so much.

Update - when I load it on my Laptop and then click "refresh" it's able to get past the infinite loading.  Then, when I click to view my recommendation, it brings me to a new page that says "The best plan for you" but there are no plans listed.  When I click "See all plans," nothing loads. 

I really don't like being "that guy," but I almost cannot believe how broken these services are that Verizon offers.  When I tried getting my teacher discount, it was very similar.  Pages that should load just do not and links that should be there are not.  Is anyone able to help?  I'm getting incredibly frustrated, as I've been the last two days.  Thanks so much.
