What does it take to talk to a billing representative !!!!
When I call on a sunday the systems says that I need to call back the next day because there are no avaiable representives avaiable.
When I call on a saturday, the system says that my wait time will be 4-6 minutes, an hour later I an still waiting to talk to a real person.
If Verizon wants to keep it current base of customers they need to start providing better services. Other companys seem to provide 24x7 call in service, I do not understand why verizon can not provide the same level of service.
