I went through a long conversation with Verizon, changed my plan and was told my future bills would be around $177. When I got my actual bill it was more than that. I even took a screenshot of the "what your future bill will look like" when I was at the store talking to the mgr. Now through several calls to Verizon, I'm being told my bill will be over $200 and that my $40 teacher discount will no longer apply. I was definitely NOT told that when I changed plans. Apparently, the teacher discount will now be only $20.
Got an email saying this was a priority the first time I posted it, but it's been a week and still I've heard nothing.

Hello, mj23ryno, we want to make sure you have the best possible pricing for your account. How many lines of service do you have on your account? Please click here: https://www.verizon.com/support/teachers-discount-faqs/ for additional details regarding the teachers discount. Under "What is the teachers discount for Verizon mobile service" there is a breakdown of how much you can expect for your monthly credit. Is your discount correct for the amount of active lines on your account?

I've had a $40 teacher discount for over 10 years, then switched to military (which they now won't accept because it's not the original dd214) so I went back to teacher. I was promised and shown (as mentioned in my post) that my bill would be $177. Now it's $215 and I'm being told I no longer get $40 but only $20. I have a screenshot of the $177 promise.
