Foolishly, I had manually paid my monthly phone bill when autopay was still on. Yet, i was charged three times for my monthly bill, not just twice.
All three are pending, but only two charges show up on my Verizon account. The very helpful representative refunded one of the charges, and said if the third goes through, to call back for a refund on that.
My refund is on my account today, but its alongside a fourth charge for the same exact amount.
Am I getting charged four times, or are the third/fourth payments temporary holds on my bank account, since they dont show up as official charges on my verizon account?
