I was told when I renewed our contract in February 2018 that I would receive NetFlix for free.  I called today to find out why I did not receive promotions code, and was told NetFlix was not part of original order.  Stupid me for relaying on the word of Verizon customer service.  I spoke to several representatives and some told me yes I should get NetFlix for free, but when I tell other representatives this I am told contract does not state it.  

So fed up, hence my sign on name, I want to terminate contract.  Regardless of how many years and thousand of dollars you have given Verizon over the years, they refuse to waive the termination fee.   This is ridiculous.
