Today I was calling customer because I was charged twice for my internet. Martha was the person that I got after I called and she was really rude, talked to me like I was a child, she was really smart-aleck and sarcastic. She would interrupt me when I would try to explain her the situation and would say in the lines to pay better attention. This was  overall a terrible experience. She then transferred me to finance just for the other woman to tell me what Martha did. I just hope they get better people for this kind of jobs because how can you be so impudent and mad so early in the day. I tried looking for a way to do a survey but I never got one nor can I find it in the app.

I have tried to be patient. I relayed my issue on the autopay and not getting the discounted amount for using autopay. Issue is can’t get a live person on phone. It’s so frustrating to type. When I finally got someone in chat. They just wanted to sell me something. I finally got someone an hour later that  said they sent me emails but nothing except new device sale ads. The one text I got said payment declined. I couldn’t understand because it took money out of my account. Sent another text saying payment declined. Checked with bank again payment went through. Even though website had correct card plus payment it tried to charge a past card the bank said was canceled due to fraud charge. I tried to explain my issue but she said I had bad payment history hoe you took out same amount on the 18 of every month for 6 years. All I asked if for the discount for using autopay to be put on March payment. Person wasn’t reading my text. I asked for live supervisor to call me. I’m tired of typing and trying to tell her they got payment on correct card o.f 19th as the autopay was set up. Not sure being I’m not able to see what invoice she’s referring to. But I’ve never been late. Being they took payment out in debit card on due date I feel as loyal customer I deserve the discount immediately not next bill cycle. Being I’ve tried to convey this for two days I want this escalated. You may feel 20.00 times ant a lot but it is on social security.
