Most horrible experience i have had since being a loyal customer for 16+ years with Verizon Mobile!
Been trying to resolve an issue since December and can't find anyone who is knowledgeable enough to help!
Can't get a call back and no one cares about customers any longer!
It has become apparent that Verizon views me as a necessary evil; they don't want me but need me!
So sad!
