The New Customer Service Call

Is anyone else getting the circle dance from the new over seas teams answering our calls with their scripted replies? 

in the past anytime, I’ve had a question over my bill. I’ve been able to call get a person that I can completely understand and have a resolution and explanation to why my bill changed

 

My bill was overcharged in July. I am an analyst specialist so when it comes to figuring out what’s going on with any bill, I can definitely find an error.

i’ve called three times and the conversation goes nowhere. They cannot answer straightforward questions. I tried the chat. I was in chat for five hours and went through four different customer service representatives and they just kept passing once I nailed them down wanting an explanation for a specific part of the bill that they could not explain they go to the same script and then they pass me off to the next person. 

It looks like Verizon is trying using over seas to avoid explaining over charges.. My next solution is going to be to contact a Better Business Bureau and the FCC.  

while my particular account is new because my aunt is getting up there in age and I didn’t want to stay on that account in case something happened, I’ve been with Verizon since before 2012.
