The Worst Service Ever

Every month I go on Verizon to pay my bill and every month It is a different place...I pay all my bills on line and I have no problems and I always make Verizon last because it upsets me so much...I also have the freedom package and pay $60.35 and I can only call De. & Pa. And when I have called them and keep asking for supervisors after supervisors and I get no ware..This has been going on for at least four years..IS THERE ANYONE IN VERIZON THAT CAN HELP ME????? I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board, where a Verizon representative can assist you.  You will be contacted by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.
