The absolute worst customer service! period!

My contract was up January 2014. In March I called to cut back on the tv options, as I WAS NOT UNDER ANY CONTRACT. They, without my permission and knowledge started me on a new two year contract. Now their online chat is not available (for thw past couple weeks). I don't have time to call and be put on hold for hours, so online chat is my only option to find out why they screwed me!

Hi po_d,

Was there an email confirmation or letter that you received that told you about a two year contract?  Just trying to figure out how it was advised to you if you didn't sign up for it just so I have a starting point
