The worst billing nightmare, and customer support you can imagine!

On my Verizon Wireless cellphone plan, Verizon Wireless charged me for a device that I did not even own for years. In addition, Verizon employed a criminal who promised me a free Apple Watch and then charged my account hundreds of dollars. As a result of spending 34 hours on the telephone asking them what is happening, I received monthly a cell phone bill of $277.00 then I telephone bill for almost $2000. Let me be honest with you. There is something a little disappointing about the Verizon service cell phone game they have been playing. The amount of frustration I have with this company is beyond words, and I have been with them for well over a year. As a single woman, I do not have $2000 a month to spend on a cell phone bill. In addition, I have been losing sleep and waking up in the middle of the night in fear for my life. A very upset customer, I pray that this nightmare will soon come to an end.

The last thing we would want is for you to be losing sleep over a billing concern, Unhappy23customer. I know I would be equally upset if I had a bill that showed a phone that I didn't own, or a watch that was supposed to be free. I would be happy to take a closer look into this.
