I was told I'm on a cash only account but I'm able to set up auto pay on the app but over the phone reps say I can only do cash. Should I talk to the store I went to about this? Seems like I have been having problems this whole first month I've had Verizon. The gentleman who set up my account told me I had the max financing limit. I had a return payment for my first bill because my car was broken into and documents and debit card was stolen so bank places a hold on the account. Paid with another debit card as soon as I was notified about the return. Was able to pay with debit card over the app as well not cash
