They won't change my last name

I got married in Oct & in Nov I called Verizon Fios to change my last name. The lady said she did change it & my married name will show up after 2 billing cycles. I just saw my Feb bill for this month it still have my old last name, not my married name. I chat with support and they said I have to call but I did and the lady did nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

If you need to change your account name because your name is legally changed, you do need to contact a representative through phone at 1-800-VERIZON (18008374966).
