Trade In Credit Applied to Wrong Line

Upgrade a line in March 2023, Verizon applied that trade in credit to the wrong line, and has refused to move the credit to the correct line. This has resulted in over billing for 1.5 years, the inability to change the non upgraded line to another plan or upgrade the device without forfeiting the trade in credit for a different line.

I have called multiple times since April 2023 to get this fixed, and been ran around with answers. This will result in overbilling of roughly $250 in extra costs, plus $1000 in lost reimbursement from my company.

Very disappointed, after almost 20 years with the company to have nothing but incorrect billing and unresolved issues caused by Verizon.

To add to the billing issues, I have no service in a coverage area per Verizon maps and agents and was told, that Verizon has the best service, but doesn't mean its perfect, and to find other means to connect to their services. Wonderful news to hear in an area affected by weather to know I won't have cell phone service if there is no WiFi.

Has anyone had any success getting incorrectly applied Trade In Credits applied to the line that actually had an upgrade?
