Back in May I was offered a $800 loyalty trade in offer to trade in a Samsung S21 for S23, S23+, or S23 Ultra
I placed the order online for 3 lines for 3 upgrades, all with the same offer. On the main line however the loyalty offer adjusted to 860 on a S23 256GB. Making the phone for that line free.
After receiving the device, I decided to exchange the S23 on the above mentioned line, for a S23+. This was done at a corporate Verizon store. I was told the credit adjusted to 999, keeping the phone free. When the trade in was received, I received the confirmation email of the promo credit adjustment.
Fast forward to July, 2 of the lines showed credits correctly. The 1 line showed no credit. Today it is showing 22.22 (800) credit. I've recached out to chat 4x thus far. First told they couldn't help, 2nd told to wait until the bill rolled over and it would be corrected (August), Sept told a correction was entered and it would show on the next bill, now October told the correction was wrong, a new one entered, I would receive a text with a ticket number. None of which have happened or been true apparently.
I'm literally at my wits end trying to get this resolved. I've been a customer with Verizon for 18+ years and never been in such a run around.

Same issue no credit on 2nd phone. Traded in 2 s21+'s for 2 s23+'s and only one credit!!
