Trade-In Credit / Promo Not Being Honored

Back in late late May/Early June, I received a promo in the App to upgrade to an Samsung S24+ on one of my lines, which would cover the full cost of the phone over 36 months with a trade-in of a Samsung device on the account. I accepted the offer in the app, traded in my old phone, and received my new phone.
Now, 3 months later, I have not received the monthly promo credit, and after multiple calls with phone support, I am being told that the best they can do is $200 ($5.55 a month for 36 months) vs the original $1120 ($31.11 a month for 36 months) promo. They also said they would send a feedback ticket to get me any current promos, but could not honor the promo that I purchased through back in June.
Now, this is incredibly frustrating because the phone rep acknowledged all the facts: that I was indeed eligible at the time, that I traded the correct phone, and bought the S24+ through the App within the required time. However, in their system, she said that it is missing my “footprint” for accepting the “loyalty promo”.
This was after nearly an hour and a half follow-up call, having them talk to their manager/higher-ups several times, and starting to hear responses like broken records.
How does this make sense? Is there anyone from Verizon here that can help look into my case? This is feeling very unfair, and I am considering leaving Verizon altogether after many years, and filing an FCC complaint.
