I’m so done with Verizon. I had a purchased 3 new phones back in November 2023 and traded in 3 old phones. After months of calling Verizon, I finally started receiving my monthly promo credits for each phone in February 2024. Now in June one monthly trade in credit, $19.44, was removed for some unknown reason. I been on the phone with a Verizon rep several times and they keep telling me it has been resolved and will see the credit on the next bill. I’m now 3 months into being overcharged by Verizon. resolved and will see the credit on the next bill. I’m now 3 months into being overcharged by Verizon since I’m not receiving the credit I’m entitled to for my trade in. Anyone know what government agency I can file a fraud/theft complaint against Verizon? In the meantime Now I have to continue to waste my time again with another representative that’s going to tell me the same thing. I’m done after 30+ years as a Verizon customer and will be switching to another carrier soon.
