Back in July 2023, as an ATT customer I went to the verizon store and they gave me an offer to trade in my device and offered a contract buyout from ATT, if I got a new contract with Verizon. 4 months later and I still havent seen a credit to my account and after countless conversations with the store manager he now blocked me. He said they approved the credit but I never saw it reflected.
I have 3 additional lines with Verizon and I will be changing services if this is not resolved. I basically got mislead into joining Verizon.
