At the end of September I traded my iPhone 11 in for the new IPhone 15. I did the deal where you trade in your old phone in any condition. I sent my old iPhone in the morning after. My Verizon store gave me a box with a shipping label already on the box that was shipping from NJ to Dallas Texas. I dropped it off at my UPS store and also received the notification about the trade in phone from the Verizon app. Months go by and now I received a email stating that my phone was never received and that I am now being charged for the new phone . This is ridiculous, I shipped the phone out months ago and got confirmation that you received the phone and now you guys are trying to charge me for a new phone when I followed your directions and sent the old one back in
