So this is the second time I have had this problem. The first time I traded in a phone and they claimed to never have received my device months and months later after they finally admitted that they received my device they of course credit my bill instead of giving me a refund which they were supposed to do now I returned an Apple Watch on April 2 and theyโ€™re now saying that it is not been returned. Iโ€™m about to cancel everything and they can just screw my credit up. Iโ€™m done with Verizon.
