My trade in offer didn't apply yet. I get enrolled in a family plan back in October 2021. I traded in my Iphone X to upgrade on Iphone 13 pro. I went to the store in-person for the details and enrollment, the store location was Verizon at 503 N State College Blvd, Suite C, Fullerton, CA, United states 92831. Also known as Victra Connecting Technology. The sales person was "Moaavia B".
I went to the store regarding the issue several times and now even the sales person doesn't work their. I spoke to the customer care more than 30-40 times but everytime they were like I have to visit the store. I request Verizon to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Since I get enroll in the plan I am paying full amount of Iphone 13 pro every month. Verizon promised a flat $800 trade-in off but I end up paying the full amount plus I lost my Iphone X as well.
In the same boat, paying $680 for a phone that was supposed to be free. I have been told by Verizon there is nothing they can do about it because Victra is a 3rd party vendor. Been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, ready to drop off phone and Internet equipment at victra store , close my account and go elsewhere.
Do not do any business with Victra Stores, they tell you the phone is free with trade in then bill you for the phone, been making payments on my free $680 phone since October of 2023 with no customer service from Victra Store or Verizon. Verizon said they can't do anything about it because Victra is a 3rd party provider. Seems pretty simple delete my balance owed and give refund or credit for amount paid towards free phone and I will be a happy customer, fo nothing and I will take my 20 years or business elsewhere.
