This trade in program is robbery if you leave early. Had to switch services because I’m stationed over sea . This was after putting my account in military suspension because I plan on coming back to version after I get back.
However as soon as I changed service, the trade in I sent to Verizon became null and void. They are charging me for the absolute full amount for my phone AND they had my other phone.
So, I have nothing to show for trading in my phone other than I have to pay the full amount for a new phone.
