It's crazy how these companies do buisness 

Traded a phone in for the s24 any phone any condition promo 

The sales person assured me my bill would not change as long as I turned in the trade in

However my bill has never been the same!!!!!

Calling over and over again getting tossed around and promised a callback which never happens 

The bill still increased 

Fast forward 5/2024  I recieved a text about auto pay and the amount really upset me so I called in and finally thought I had someone that fixed it to go back to the monthly price I had before the promo 

Which I was told wouldn't change 

Well today I was charged the much higher bill that I recieved the txt about  so I called in again to be told yes and the over will be credited over next bills?

HOW DO YOU TAKE EXTRA MONEY FROM FAMILIES AND CREDIT IT!!!!!

WHAT ABOUT OTHER BILLS,MORTGAGE, RENT,FOOD ETC? 

THEY SHOULD REFUND PEOPLE MONEY AND TAKE WHATS OWED NOT EVEYONE CAN AFFORD THAT

we pay our bills monthly And calculate what's needed base on what we know we owe 

I am seriously considering looking elsewhere!!!!!

Kicker is you have to pay the devices off before leaving or you don't get the promo.  

Prepaid no contract is looking pretty good now!!!!!
