Hello, I submitted a trade in in JANUARY of this year which has not been credited yet ($440). I have been on the phone / chatted with agents multiple times. They all said they would get it resolved and posted and it never has been. I have a tracking number that shows it was delivered MONTHS ago. Please resolve this and add $440 credit to my account! Thank you.
