Addded a line on 6/4/2024 picked a new phone at Verizon store 6/5/2024.
I wanted to complete the trade in there, but was told because it was a phone order I had to return with the pre-paid box.
So on 6/8/2024 I dropped off the return at Staples and have receipt of that. Proof of delivery from UPS on 6/12/2024
Called on 8/4/24 after receiving an email saying that verizon never received my trade in. Jay promised me not an issue sometimes the wharehouse is behind and the credits will be processed.
So here I am on 11/15/2024 getting an email saying the same thing device not received.
I am on hold with customer service for over an hour and half with no solution or supervisor๐
I guess BBB and FCC compliants are my only option
