Transferring Account To Another User

Good Afternoon,

I couldn't find any info on this and 'Contact Us' directed me to post here.

I have an existing bundle for TV/Internet at the property listed on my account. I am leaving the property and the remaining tenant wishes to pick up the remainder of the bundle.

Is there a way to directly transfer the bundle and account information under my name to the other person? And if so, what steps need to be in place prior to the transfer taking place?
