I recived my second bill today for FIOS Tripple play and noticed that my base rate went from $74.99 to $79.99. I contacted customer support chat and they informed me that because I recieved the Connections Program discount, I could no longer recive the $74.99 a month rate. They never informed me of this happening before or during signup and refuse to restore my original rate.
Is there anyone in Verizon I can contact to fix this. Chat was useless.
