Triple play renewal price increases during check out!

Last week I chatted with an online rep to renew my account another 2 years. I attempted doing it online myself and chose the following:
Triple play + OneBill:
Preferred TV, 75/75 Internet and Digital Voice for $84.99 with this configuration:
$10 Internet One-Bill Bundle Discount,
$5 75M Priceup Offset Discount,
$15 Holiday Season Credit for 24 Months,
$5 Credit for 24 Months,
$10 off for 24 Months.
This pricing and breakdown was reflected in "Your Cart" as well as "see Bundle Details." (I have screen shots showing this but am unable to post them here). When I proceeded to the "Review Order" page, the pricing changed to $94.99. The online rep was unable to help. I am barely willing to pay the additional $5/mo on top of my current bill of $79.99/mo, and definitely not willing to pay $15 more. Can someone help???
I find it atrocious that pricing for current customers increases while you lure new customers with cheaper packages. Shame on you Verizon!

It's been a week and no support case has been started. My contract is up in 10 days, this is surely a sign that I should take my business elsewhere.
