Trouble Redeeming Gift Card

Unable to redeem $100 Black Friday Gift Card, tho on my homepage it says it's ready to redeem. Clicking on it sends me to Verizon's home screen. Chat bot isn't helpful. Looks like the only way is to complain on here and get this escalated sooo here I am - let's go!
