Trouble getting ACP discount

Hello -

I am attempting to get the ACP discount. I have been approved by USAC and have an application ID. When I enter it into the Verizon website it says my information doesn't math the national Verifier but I am entering it as it's written in my email from USAC. The only thing I can notice that's different is Verizon has my town listed instead of my city and USAC has my city listed, not my town. So for USAC it's listed as Baltimore, MD and Verizon lists it as Parkville, MD. Both are correct. I am unable to change this on the Verizon website. I spoke to someone on chat and they told me they don't have the option to change it either. I really don't have the time to be on the phone for an hour for this. I called for something last week and spent 45 minutes on the line and got NINE call backs about the same issue. This is too time consuming for such a small thing. I'd appreciate if someone could help me online. Happy to show documents of my address, etc. Currently my service address says Parkville and my billing address says Baltimore. I'd like them both to say Baltimore.

I've been trying to get my discount since June.

I tried out other internet providers to test their service. I have not found internet service like Verizon.  Can someone tell me another internet service similar to Verizon that accepts ACP. I KEPT VERIZON WHILE I TESTED OTHER PROVIDERS.

SO I AM PAYING MONEY TO TEST OTHER SERVICES WHILE PAYING FULL PRICE FOR VERIZON

HELP PLEASE

HELP HELP SOS I WILL PAY A SMALL REWARD IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME FIND ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER.

HELP I WANT TO USE MY ACP DISCOUNT.

I've been approved to receive ACP discount (will expire on January 8th and I'll have to re-apply). Verizon said it would send a one time activation pin number but mails it without the apt. number so post office has no idea which of the 200+ apartments should get it. I've had Verizon for decades but their incompetence/unwillingness to help is infuriating.

Same issue. Have called 5 times to Verizon and 3 times to USAC / ACP and first it’s my middle name then middle initial then there was no issue… three way call to ACP USAC and they couldn’t figure it out they say it’s Verizon.
This is ridiculous! I have spent countless hours on something so simple that took XFINITY 15 minutes to process as my previous provider.
This is a necessity. Last I spoke to a manager in the ACP discount department of Verizon and she just said we’ve done all we can, sorry. Basically “tough luck, buttercup”… bye!

As a new customer bringing over four cell lines and my home internet - I really don’t feel valued and would love to run the other way ASAP!
